The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG — the German Federal Data Protection Act and the German Digital Services Data Protection Act). In this privacy policy we inform you about the key aspects of data processing in connection with our website.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on servers in Germany. When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically (server log files):

  • page or file accessed
  • date and time of access
  • volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
  • browser type and browser version, operating system used
  • shortened IP address

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. The log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest. This data is not merged with other data sources.

4. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the form, including the contact data you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Data processed: name, e-mail address, telephone number where applicable, type of enquiry, the content of your message and the time of submission.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
Storage period: we delete the data as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose, at the latest once the statutory retention periods have expired.

5. Online appointment booking

Our appointment booking allows you to arrange an appointment for a personal consultation. The booking is processed on our own server; no external booking services are used.

Data processed: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, type of enquiry, optional details about the property and your message, as well as the appointment selected.
Purpose: conducting and preparing the agreed consultation and sending the appointment confirmation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
Storage period: appointment data is deleted once the matter has been concluded, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Sending of e-mails

To send appointment confirmations and acknowledgements of receipt, we use an e-mail service provided by our hosting provider. Your e-mail address is used exclusively for this purpose. It is not used for advertising.

7. Cookies and reach measurement

This website does not use tracking cookies, profiling or advertising networks. Only technically necessary data is processed. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

8. Fonts

The fonts used are delivered locally from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts); no data is transferred to third parties.

9. Recipients of the data

Your data is only passed on where this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. to the owner of the property in the context of a tenancy application), where you have given your consent, or where we are legally obliged to do so. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with our technical service providers (hosting, e-mail). No transfer takes place to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

In principle, you have the following rights:

  • access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
