Your application documents
This is what we need from you to keep things moving quickly.
Complete documents speed up your application considerably. Please have the following documents ready — digitally, as a PDF.
Tenant self-disclosure form
Fully completed and signed. We will provide you with the form.
Proof of income
The last three payslips; if self-employed, your most recent tax assessment or a business analysis (BWA).
Credit report
A current credit report (e.g. SCHUFA-BonitätsCheck), no older than three months.
Identity document
A copy of the identity card or passport of every adult moving in.
Confirmation of no rent arrears
A certificate from your previous landlord, if available.
Contact & preferred date
Phone number, e-mail address and your preferred move-in date.

We use your documents solely to review your application. Once the letting process has been completed, they are deleted or destroyed.
